The prices shown on the Site include the shipping cost for Italy.

We ship throughout Italy, with the exception of Livigno and Campione d'Italia. Furthermore, we do not ship to the territories of San Marino and Vatican City. We do not ship to Switzerland. Order requests to these addresses will be automatically canceled. We also ship abroad. For shipments abroad, the shipping costs will be added to the purchase price when completing the order. Shipments to post office boxes are not allowed. Order requests to these addresses will be automatically canceled.

DELIVERY

RETURNS
Returns have a strong impact on the environment and the planet. For this reason, the cost of the return is charged to the customer. We provide a size guide for each product that can be consulted on the page of each product. This will make it easy for you to find the right size for you. Once contacted, we will provide you with all the information on returning the product.
When you contact us we kindly ask you to indicate the reason for the return. This will allow us to improve our products over time.
You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods. The credit takes place in the same way you previously chose to pay. Example: if you pay by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you used.
We reserve the right to ask you for more information on the method you used to pay for the sole purpose of facilitating the refund process.
We remind you that the costs and the organization of a possible return are charged to the customer.
In the event of a defective product, it can be returned up to 60 days from delivery.
